JENN FREEMAN is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer currently residing in New York City. In 2007 Jenn received a BFA in Dance from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Since then she has been cast in works by choreographers Mia Michaels, Sonya Tayeh, Kyle Abraham, Larry Keigwin, Travis Wall, Teddy Forance, Misha Gabriel and many others. Jenn has appeared on the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, The Jimmy Fallon Show, and Comedy Central’s “The Comedy Awards”. She has worked as Assistant Choreographer on performances for Cirque Du Soleil, Florence and the Machine, and Madonna. She is currently a faculty member for The Dance Sessions and Broadway Dance Center. Her own award winning choreography is performed by many companies and studios across the country every year.
SAMANTHA FARROW, raised bi-coastally between Pennsylvania and California, began her dance training with the San Marino Dance Academy at the age of 12. After attending the Creative and Performing Arts HS in Philadelphia, she went on to hone her craft at NYU’s Tisch School for the Arts, graduating with a BFA in Dance. country performing in dance in Dance. Upon graduating, Samantha joined Cirque du Soleil, moving her across the pond to Macau. She later returned to New York and rejoined Kyle Abraham’s Abraham in Motion as an original member of The Radio Show. In addition to AIM, she has had the opportunity to perform with The Pennsylvania Ballet, The Kevin Wynn Collection, and Nathan Trice Rituals.
Originally from Southern California, Allison Ulrich is a graduate from Orange County School of the Arts where she studied all styles of commercial dance and had opportunities to perform with people such as Ben Vereen. In 2009, Allison received her BFA from The Juilliard School where she performed works by Twyla Tharp, Martha Graham, Mark Morris, Jose Limon, Nicolo Fonte, Larry Keigwin, Lar Lubovitch, Nacho Duato and Ohad Naharin. Allison joined the Juilliard Dance Ensemble for their European tour and then went straight into creation for a new production for Cirque Du Soleil, “Viva Elvis”. Allison was the dance captain, a featured dancer and an aerialist. She is now in New York as a freelance artist and has worked with choreographers Cherice Barton, Sonya Tayeh and Lindsay Nelko. Allison is currently performing with Brook Notary’s The Pulse Project, Austin McCormick’s Company XIV and guesting with Keigwin and Co.
Love Muwwakkil a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, received a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Upon graduating, Love moved to New York City and joined the modern dance company Urban Bush Women, she joined the cast of HairSpray on one of the largest cruise ships in the world. Currently, Love lives in NY and continues to perform in various shows as a freelance dancer and teacher. Love is THRILLED to be a part of The Pulse Project!!
CAT COGLIANDRO a native of Houston, Texas, was accepted to The Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase and received her BFA in Dance. Since then, Cat has worked with Loni Landon, Ellenore Scott, Jon Rua, Brice Mousset, Al Blackstone, Nicholas Ross (Nicholas Andre Dance), Mike Esperanza (BARE Dance Company), Brook Notary (The Pulse Project), Talia Favia (The Difference Between) and Jason Gorman (Marrow). Cat continues to teach and choreograph nationally and internationally, including The Edge, Millennium Dance Complex, Broadway Dance Center, The Pulse On Tour Teacher Workshop, Capitol Kickline and Wild Dance Intensive, and has assisted choreographers such asMishay Petronelli, Sheila Barker, Sonya Tayeh and Lindsay Nelko.
ANNA GRUNDSTROM is a native Swede who came to New York City to attend the certification dance program at the Alvin Ailey American Dance School where she studied modern dance. In 2007, she discovered pole dancing when her friends took her to a class. She’s been instructing and coaching pole dancers for the past five years, as well as choreographed work for pole competitions and performances. Aside from being part of the Pulse Project she has performed at various pole events, and participated in film project “Skinja”.years, performed at various pole events, as well as participated in film projects. Anna joined The PULSE Project in 2011, and is proud to be dancing with such an amazing group of women.

Michelle Stanek is the 2012 United States Pole Dance Champion and has won 5 out of 6 pole competitions she has entered. She began cultivating her dance skills from age 8 in Pennsylvania and worked with contemporary choreographers including Todd Rosenleib, Tere O’Conner, Gabriel Masson and others at Goucher College in Baltimore, MD. But it wasn’t until after college, graduate school at Pratt Institute, professorships in Art History and a full-time job in design that she has been able to call herself a dancer by profession. And it is because of pole.
She is a sought after pole artist and instructor who has been invited to perform, teach and judge competitions around the world including Dubai, Tokyo, Scandinavia, Russia, South Africa, Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and around the U.S. When she isn’t traveling, she lives in New York City and instructs at Body & Pole. Michelle is a founding member of the aerial dance company, AERA. She has been featured in music videos for Royal Republic and Diplo and made minor pole appearances on “Law & Order” and “Blue Bloods.”
